Refund policy
All tickets/labels must be attached.
Please include the delivery note that came with the items. If you loose this please make sure you write order number from Citrus Email, your name and your address and place in delivery bag.
Branded garment bag must be included and not damaged.
You must post back in an outer bag not the garment bag.
Any damage, smells, stains etc will mean you get the item back but not your money.
Order numbers may only be used once for a return. If duplicated the return will be rejected.
We will deduct £2 from your total returned for postage and re-stock
