The Fabrics Heavyweight Cotton

The Post-Shift Standard: 240gsm Heavyweight Cotton

Most T-shirts are built to be worn; ours is built to last. For our post-shift streetwear, we moved away from standard industry weights to a 240gsm heavy-gauge cotton.

Engineered Stability

The "secret" to a shirt that doesn't misshape isn't just the weight—it’s the tension of the knit. By using a higher density of premium cotton fibers, we’ve created a fabric with natural structural integrity.

  • Zero-Twist Tech: While lighter shirts "torque" (the side seams twisting toward the front) after a wash, our high-density weave locks the fibers in place.
  • Pre-Shrunk Integrity: Every garment undergoes a specialized garment-wash process during manufacturing. This "settles" the fibers, ensuring that the fit you buy on day one is the exact same fit you have after 50 washes.

Built for the "Off-Duty" Grind

This isn't just a T-shirt; it’s a structural piece of apparel. The 240gsm weight provides a substantial "drape" that masks the body line for a clean, boxy aesthetic that refuses to sag, stretch, or pill. It’s tough enough for the streets, but refined enough for the standard our industry demands.

The Tech Sec:

  • "Compacted Cotton": The fibers have been compressed to prevent shrinking.
  • "High-Retention Knit": The neck and hem won't go "wavy" (often called "bacon neck").
  • "Double-Stitched Structural Seams": To complement the heavy fabric, the construction matches the weight.

Disclaimer

While 240gsm is incredibly tough, no 100% cotton shirt is completely immune to physics if someone tosses it in a 90°C wash and a high-heat dryer.

"Engineered to withstand the rigors of the wash—just keep it cool to keep it forever."
